William Balaban & Associates, LLC is located at 27 North Front Street in the former Governor Schulze Mansion, in a block of buildings commonly known as Governors’ Row in downtown Harrisburg. From its construction in 1810 by Stephen Hills, the architect of Pennsylvania’s first capitol building, until its time of restoration in 1982, it served as a private residence to prominent Harrisburg families. In 1824 the Governor and his First Lady welcomed the Marquis de Lafayette and his son for three days of ceremony and grand entertainment.

Overlooking the Susquehanna River and centrally located within walking distance of the Capitol Complex, the Judicial Center, Dauphin County Courthouse, Pennsylvania Department of State and the Pennsylvania Insurance Department, the mansion serves as the perfect setting for the law firm of William Balaban & Associates, LLC.
